Never had such a unbelievable customer service in my life EA customer service is better than this. I give my phone that is perfectly fits the policy just to get charged 400? At that rate I couldve just give it to some mom and pop shop to get it done. Even worse they barely even pick up the phone and just not be helpful one bit

Quinn has made my experience here absolutely incredible! He was patient to troubleshoot what was going on with my computer's charging and the team there seemed to work great together too. So grateful for his help and the beautifully laid out store. One of the other team members had helped me find a screen protector too when the one I wanted wasn't in stock. it is impossible to speak to an actual human when navigating their phone support system. it is infuriating. best buy sells technical solutions, yet their own systems show a complete and utter disregard for their purpose and the people they serve. edit: thanks geek squad. i was hoping that your response would direct me to use the same convoluted system that compelled me to give you a one star review. unbelievable.
