  Really bad experience i called in twice and chatted with live agents as well, regarding cancelling my membership but everytime i gad conversation with them they told me different dates and cancellation fee to pay off and i kept on paying for membership every month. They told you can cancel after nov 3 as what i did and i chatted to get it cancel they told me it’s till December and when i called them same day they said it’s till February. I don’t know if they want their clients to keep paying for membership and do not want to cancel or the agents i talked or chatted were not taking their job seriously. I have to mention a name specifically Gopal a live agent i chatted with didn’t introduce himself and wasn’t so welcoming, the people i have talked before are so nice and welcoming. Really disappointed with their service.

  Poor organization and communication. I came into the store twice having been told to pick up my computer but the work that they said was done was not actually done. I will say that the people are kind and Jas was very helpful, patient and kind.

  Purchased Galaxy Z Fold 3 last year. Bought the warranty at best buy while purchasing the phone and the sales guy told me to get the most valuable warranty plan that way it covers water damage. Bought it and tried to use the warranty and it is asking me to pay for a deposit of $2800 up front. It doesn't make sense for me to pay for that amount even though its for the security purpose. The sales guys at Best Buy did not even explain how the system works. It is the workers job to explain those kind of important info that way customers are aware of what they will be facing for it. Called the customer service since I had the cover for an 1year they would not refund it. The worker even just hung up on me without any notice. Never buy phone warranty through best buy or geek squad. Service is not great. Waste of money and time. Warranty means we pay less and get fixed and you guys are asking me to pay $2800 total for security reason that is not a warranty. it is called rip-off. The attitude with the custom service is out of hand. $2800 is not an excuse for security reasons. since I am paying for the warranty the sales guys had to explain it to the customer thoroughly not poorly. If the worker explained it to me correctly I would not have purchased the warranty. I feel the Best Buy and Geek Squad robbed me the way the customer service guy explained. This is rip-off and offended by it. They way that guys talked to me was it was my fault not knowing how the warranty works properly. This kind of big companies should not have that kind of way of solving the problem this is wrong.

  Tried to call to get an update on my computer getting fixed but was told there is NO WAY TO CONTACT A STORE DIRECTLY and that if I needed a Geek Squad update I had to physically go to the store to ask! Terrible customer service especially during a pandemic!

  Not happy watch out everytime u buy a phone for 2 years they will add 3 year coverage so then when u go buy another phone it doubles over for one year! Watch out going out door is $170 per year theft pure and simple!
