  Long wait times and technicians that were not sufficiently savvy to fix faults with BitDefender. I fought with them for two years before they agreed that the battery on my HP laptop should last for more that 1 hr. They sent it off to Vancouver and it was returned with a 3 hr. battery but with BitDefender no longer working for passwords or a requirement for a second password to go from the desktop to the Apps and no VPN. The first tech passed me on through 2 others and the fourth couldn't do anything. I tried again today and only had to deal with 2 techs but the first said that my subscription covered the change to a new password system called Secure Pass and the second contradicted him and he could go no further until I had purchased it and he could not expedite that. He also contradicted me when i told him that BitDefender previously asked for a second password when I went from my desktop to and App like word. So the session ended with only the VPN icon being installed on my desktop by the first technician.

  Try to call in to ask questions just to have a Robot answer and all leads to dead ends called a few times answering different each time still get dead ends like they cant hire someone to answer a call? Waste of time

  I went to Best Buy Kelowna Friday afternoon with a phone that the screen was completely blank .The phone is 4 years old so I fully expected I needed a new phone and a data transfer which I've before . The young man said data transfer was impossible if the screen is out and recommended i go to some repair stores. I commented i have been to all 3 before and found them largely unhelpful and a new phone was the better option. He maintained all the data was unretrievable.I walked to the phone counter were a nice young lady Lui sold me a phone and transferred the data in part for 39 $ fee and wrote down the instructions for me to continue the install at my home with my iPad which was easily done .I was out in 20 minutes with Lui's assistance .

  Terrible Didn’t fix anything I asked when they did the remote repair from some foreign land. Told me to call Microsoft which I did and they said I was given incorrect from the Geek Squad info about a product key which was true. The Geeks only did a tuneup which is simple. Communication was by typed messaging and was not good. Cancellation dept was in Columbia and I could barely hear them. I have cancelled them after paying $240 per year for 5 years and not using them. London Drugs has much better service .
