Took my computer in to check why I wasn’t getting picture but the computer was on and the lazy workers* wouldn’t even accept the computer or look at it. They also wouldn’t give me my money back when all they did was house my computer for 5 days. Never use this company*, you’ve been warned *Edit: So I raised it up by 1 star because due to the conditions, the store did give me my money back since nothing was done but I will say still don’t go to the company if your computer is more than 5 years old. My little brother and I took a look at it and all it took to fix it was unplugging the graphics card and plugging it back in. A simple fix and Geek Squad still wouldn’t at least attempt to look at it.

I brought my Asus Zenbook in for work that was under manufacturer warranty. Troy at Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and processed my laptop in no time. I had it back with zero issues in about a week, at no cost due to the warranty. Great staff and great customer service.
