- CGCynthia GurrMay 9, 20261.0I was in the Best Buy the other day looking for a tv remote I purchased. Ty I also took my Samsung Watch over to have the battery replaced. The person behind the counter, told me they can do nothing. I usually have a receipt. They told no nothing and be done because I need to go to Samsung. There was no warranty when I bought it in the store. Im not going to be using Best Buy any more twice I had something to do, and either its money they want, Or they dont want the service. I have now gone elsewhere to have it fixed. 1/2 Star
- BMboleslaw MikszanApr 16, 20251.0I went to best buy because my acer laptop was not showing any windows logins screen ,they told me it's motherboard problem and they said it's not fixable and push me to buy another laptop and I bought it for 780 and I didn't like it, so I visited iTech store in Abbotsford downtown and they fix it for me in 2 hours for only 75$.
