Shahrad provided excellent service in a knowledgeable, professional and friendly way. I especially liked his anti-ageist approach - as a senior my abilities with technology are often discounted, but not in this case! It was refreshing to receive such good service from someone without this bias.

What an awfull experience. You simply cant talk to any one at the store. You wouldnt get a refund unless you remind them by going into the store. No one ever calls you after they do a site survey like they promise to do. What a mess. I should have gone to staples.

Horrible experience. Last time I didn’t put a review when they wouldn’t honour a claim they said they would at the time of selling me the protection plan for my washer / dryer. This time, I found a small crack on the side of the tv screen after they installed the wall mount and hung it. Opened a claim a week ago and was told this would be addressed in 2 days max. Still waiting to hear back. Have to wait half hour + everytime I call them. I will be adding more details depending on how this goes. ————————— July 8 update - so it’s been a few weeks and every week when I follow up, I’m told there has been an escalation and I should get an update in 2-3 days. How many more 2-3 days does geek squad need? Why are you guys lying to customers? Why not just say it will take the number of days it will actually take? Will go out of my way to make sure I don’t purchase any services from you guys again, ever!

Was sold on phone insurance, went to redeem it after spending over $500 on said insurance. Missed deadline by a couple days, so they said there was nothing they could do. After over an hour on the phone the Rep ultimately agreed to honour the insurance, however brought up a $200 deductible that had not been mentioned prior. Will ultimately cost me $700 to replace a phone now worth $200. Will not be doing any business with Geek Squad again. False advertisements and poor customer service. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE
