  0 stars, I have received inconsistent, contradictory information about my warranty. I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future. **Edited in response** I have already talked to 3 people in person at the Park Royal location, one on your support chat and one on the phone and have not received satisfactory or consistent answers. There is no accountability for misinformation. I was told two completely contradictory things by the same person 1 hour apart. I will not be using Best Buy for anything in the future.

  Deleted everything on my computer they didn’t back up a thing. My laptop is actually slower then before. You pay for a monthly subscription and get nothing in return, What do they know about computers? Haha! What a joke

  The stars might change once we finally get our laptop back! Sent our laptop in at the start of the Covid escapade as our teenagers have had to do all school work from home. 6 weeks later after no word from them, find out they ordered the wrong part so it delayed the repair. Come on! How hard is it to give a call to update a customer. Grade 9 and Grade 11 1x laptop for 6 weeks now. This is with a Best Buy business account. Think supporting local smaller businesses might be the answer.
