Sent our laptop in at the start of the Covid escapade as our teenagers have had to do all school work from home. 6 weeks later after no word from them, find out they ordered the wrong part so it delayed the repair. Come on! How hard is it to give a call to update a customer. Grade 9 and Grade 11 1x laptop for 6 weeks now. This is with a Best Buy business account. Think supporting local smaller businesses might be the answer.
