  Not sure if its just Covid. But very hard to get ahold of someone. Warranty work needed. Took several days to get through. Waiting for tech just to call to make an appointmsnt.

  Took my pc in because it wouldn't post had them phone around 2 days later asking if i wanted to send it off to someplace more suited to figure out what was wrong, around 3 weeks later i call to ask if they have figured out what is wrong with it and it turns out i would need a $400 motherboard to get it working again (not guaranteed to work though) thats not happening so i ask them to send it back and i pick it up around 4 days later and have my friend come over to as he said he figured out what was wrong after watching a simple video on Youtube, he got here and had the pc working just fine within 20 minutes of him arriving. They even ended up breaking the power button on my pc.
