  I am extremely dissatisfied by my service from Geek Squad at the Granville Street Best Buy. I took my laptop in for a battery replacement and was charged for diagnosis. They declined to work on my computer citing that they could not find replacement parts. I then had my laptop fixed by a different shop which managed to find OEM replacement parts. I returned to Geek Squad and they still refused to issue me a refund for the diagnostic fee.

  received an email today, stating that I have been charged for Geek Squad PC support for three years. I search the google to see who are these company. Then I called the number on the site and request a call back, after 30 minutes someone called me back named Rogers. When I explained to him the situation, he told me I am sorry you have been charged by mistake go to hsupport.us so we could process the refund. He gave me a code to enter, then suddenly my PC went blue. I shut it down ASAP and told him what is going on , it seems my computer getting hacked, he told me "to go F... yourself" and hung-up. I called Best Buy talked to the agent and he said he will contact me to a legit Geek Squad agent, I was on hold for 1 hour 5 minutes until finally someone named Laura pick up the phone, I asked her if the Best Buy agent told her the problem, and she was completely lost, so I asked her where she is working for, and she was said for privacy she canto tell me. I said are you working for Geeks Squad and she said yes I am in Columbia Canada. There is no Columbia in Canada. She was not willing to have me talk to a manager. Please do not go for Call back system they have, as it's either been hacked by an outsider or internally. But it is obvious that they were trying to scam and hack my computer. I tried back with Best Buy and they said they cannot help either.

  Just wanted to commend Benjamin at Geek Squad at 798 Granville street. We came in to give in our external drive for data recovery and Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and professional. He is a great asset to your company. I would also like to give a shout out to Saurav who was also extremely helpful and professional. This is great customer service! Anjali Mankekar
