Once they talk them into signing up for a monthly fee as it will be more “economical” then the one time fix fee, they will charge them forever, never checking in, nor providing any service, just taking their money. Until I shut down my parents credit card and then I was contacted immediately to set payments back up!
- EAEric AMar 11, 20231.0Would give a zero if I could. Had sent in my razer laptop for repair to these guys and its been a while now. My Issue had been that my laptop mouse pad was only half working. CSR had inquired if I had wanted warranty/insurance. Man do I regret going to this for service/repair. I should be at ease if you're under best buy. Result: They ended up fixing the mouse pad but when I had open the box (since they had shipped it to me) there had been major scratches on the laptop, a major dent, and 3 missing screws to my laptop which now makes my laptop improperly close. Very disatisfied. Oh and the edge cover of my screen is floppy now too due to improper gluing. Shame. More extensive, significant damage had been done to the laptop during "repair" than the disconnection on my half working mousepad. Remind me next time to direct my issues elsewhere rather than attempt any action from you guys @Geek Squad. Regards,
