She told me to cancel after 1 month. All plans cancelled in January but still $14.69 getting deducted every month for 1 plan. They say that all plans are showing cancelled, then why this deduction? No answer from Best buy after 4 visits Worst in store and online service

Once they talk them into signing up for a monthly fee as it will be more “economical” then the one time fix fee, they will charge them forever, never checking in, nor providing any service, just taking their money. Until I shut down my parents credit card and then I was contacted immediately to set payments back up!
