Alway find same staff to help, during many visits lately. Never had this Squad to my home, but would guess testing competence in store first would be an optional process. I never would rush a computer fix. Underground parking is available, for in-store visits.

- NMNikolai MNov 16, 20191.0around a year ago i spilled a drink on my laptops keyboard, i sent it to geek squad to get them to ship it out to msi ( the laptops makers) to get the keyboard replaced. months past and im nearing the pickup date, the day comes and i go to pick it up, not only did they never ship it out but it was dropped causing damage. thanks geeksquad i can always trust you with my $2700 gaming laptop :)
