If you don't have a printer you have to go somewhere and pay to print off the label they mail to you then you have to mail your item back to them and once they get it wait another 10 - 15 business days to get an e-gift card. Huge waist of money. After paying for the warranty, printing and all the gas to run around I'm pretty sure I've spent more than what I got back for my controller
