    Really bad experience i called in twice and chatted with live agents as well, regarding cancelling my membership but everytime i gad conversation with them they told me different dates and cancellation fee to pay off and i kept on paying for membership every month. They told you can cancel after nov 3 as what i did and i chatted to get it cancel they told me it’s till December and when i called them same day they said it’s till February. I don’t know if they want their clients to keep paying for membership and do not want to cancel or the agents i talked or chatted were not taking their job seriously. I have to mention a name specifically Gopal a live agent i chatted with didn’t introduce himself and wasn’t so welcoming, the people i have talked before are so nice and welcoming. Really disappointed with their service.

    Useless! Terrible service! My laptop wasn’t charging. I asked them to check and provide me a solution. Only check done was plugging it in to their charger, and that was too because I requested. Since the laptop wasn’t charging, I was told to buy a new laptop as mine is too old. I left Best-buy and found another guy via internet. He understood the issue and guided me over the phone to get my laptop running.

    Poor organization and communication. I came into the store twice having been told to pick up my computer but the work that they said was done was not actually done. I will say that the people are kind and Jas was very helpful, patient and kind.

    Brough my Msi laptop in bc of keyboard issues and got it replaced and they messed up the install of the keyboard rgb wasn’t even working and they installed the wrong keyboard as well

    Absolutely Terrible customer service from Geek Squad. Try to file a claim for the insurance coverage of my phone. Info I was given doesn't work online to file a claim. So I call in to get help only to be transferred through every department until finally I am told I have to put a deposit down of double the cost of the phone. Other option to just mail mine in and wait to get it back. Apparently it's beyond their capabilities to just take it into a geek squad location in person as no one their knows how to use a courier service. When I tired of dealing with a rep that just kept repeating the same statement and ask for a manager or supervisor I get told they don't have any and I can wait for a callback 24-48hrs later. The call back came 4 days later and only to have the rep who called me back tell me that I am wrong and the people I spoke to did not say they would call me back 24-48 hrs later. And after it all they still refused to apologize and file my claim and kept stating that I am wrong and was not told I would receive a call back in that time frame. Never use this service they do nothing to help or accommodate what you have been paying for.
