  Arrived here and it was closed. Apparently, they close on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which is really frustrating and quite unusual. Please reconsider those closing days.

  Best Buy keeps repeating the same thing over and over — “please wait 5–7 business days.” I placed an online order, and it’s been almost a month, yet there’s been absolutely no progress with the shipping. I’ve contacted them several times, and each time they just say they’ll “prioritize” my case and ask me to wait again. They even told me I would definitely receive a response by today, but now they’re saying if I don’t hear back, I just have to wait even longer. If they actually used some common sense, there are clearly other ways to handle cases like this. I can’t understand why they’re being so thoughtless and unhelpful. This is honestly the most ridiculous and incompetent service I’ve ever experienced — absolutely the worst.
