- MSM SMar 27, 20261.0Terrible service. Brought my PC in for a repair, employee told my it was most likely an operating system issue and the repair would be the same cost as a membership so got upsold on the membership only to find out it is a motherboard issue they can do nothing about. Tried to call back for more information and can't even speak to a person and the automated system is no help. Save yourself a lot of headache and do not spend money at Best Buy or waste money on their useless membership. Lesson learned I will never spend money at Best Buy again, bring back Future Shop.
