They cancelled my subscription and never notified me and now when it’s time to replace my computer I can’t use my protection plan because they cancelled it. Price paid to have my computer safe and replaced if needed $1523.68 to this day. Do I get my money back, no, can I use any of it, absolutely not. They just use and abuse the person spending the money.

I was just in an online chat with a customer service representative and she abruptly ended the chat as I was asking questions. I do hope head office reads this review and contacts me as I have the chat saved. Buyer beware.
