- KKKingofDemonsNov 11, 20242.0Took my computer in to check why I wasn’t getting picture but the computer was on and the lazy workers* wouldn’t even accept the computer or look at it. They also wouldn’t give me my money back when all they did was house my computer for 5 days. Never use this company*, you’ve been warned *Edit: So I raised it up by 1 star because due to the conditions, the store did give me my money back since nothing was done but I will say still don’t go to the company if your computer is more than 5 years old. My little brother and I took a look at it and all it took to fix it was unplugging the graphics card and plugging it back in. A simple fix and Geek Squad still wouldn’t at least attempt to look at it.

I had it back with zero issues in about a week, at no cost due to the warranty. Great staff and great customer service.
- JRJesse RoddickJan 17, 20211.0Avoid if necessary. I brought my PC in because they had the quickest wait times. I was told it would take 3 days to get my PC diagnosed/fixed. A week later and no call. I went inside the store due to them not taking phone calls and had told me they had called me. They didn't. I was told they don't know what's wrong but believe it's either the motherboard or processor. When I got my PC back it was later diagnosed (by another place) as a bad graphics card. Not only was it miss diagnosed, but when I got it returned my power supply is now dead (which i had purchased from them 3 months prior to this diagnosing appt) I obviously pre paid the diagnosing fee, but to which I didn't get a fore-sure diagnoses, and now I am stuck dealing with Thermaltake and trying to get warranty which isn't another process and a half. Overall terrible experience.
