Desert Data Recovery is a professional data recovery company based in Phoenix AZ. We recover data from failed Hard Drives, Servers, RAID Arrays, Camera Cards, Flash Drives, Solid State Drives, Apple products and more. We don't fix anything, we don't sell anything, we just recover data!
We offer a FREE 24 hours evaluation and all work is completed here in our Phoenix lab. We also have a "no data, no fee" guarantee so if we don't recover your critical data, there is no recovery charge.
We use state of the art data recovery equipment to ensure we are able to recover as much data as possible from failed media. This includes specialized equipment to diagnose and resolve logical issues on hard drives, solid state drives and circuit boards.
We have our own Class 10 clean room in Phoenix where we can inspect failed hard drives and complete mechanical recoveries in a dust-free environment. We are also Certified Data Recovery Engineers.
Tim Homer, CEO of Desert Data Recovery is a Certified Data Recovery Engineer and has been involved in IT since starting his own company in 1998. He opened Desert Data Recovery in Phoenix after finding out that most clients had to send their drives out of state for recovery.

- RRRoz RogersOct 28, 20165.0Desert Data Recovery and Nicky and Tim deserve a 10 star rating for recovering 2 terabytes of files lost to a dropped external hard drive! In an effort to consolidate my files into one place, I had just moved ALL of my photos, music, professional and personal files from 1999 to 2016 from my desktop, laptop, and various other external drives to this external drive. Then, the unthinkable happened...my foot caught the cords when I stood up from my desk and the drive smashed to the floor! The drive completely stopped working. This was a bad day. I'm so happy I found Desert Data Recovery as they were understanding, kind, professional and RECOVERED ALL OF MY FILES! I knew they were the right place when I discovered they have their own clean room and complete repairs in house. I'm extremely relieved and unbelievably happy!

We traveled 3 hours (from Show Low to Scottsdale) to purchase a new computer and meet Tim for the first time. Tim immediately put us as ease with his confidence and obvious expertise. We went shopping while Tim went to work. Two hours later, Tim called us and relayed all of our data has been recovered. We were delighted. He was fast, thorough and reasonable in cost. He was great to work with and obviously a very ethical businessman. Since then we lost part of our email. He responded immediately and sent of a CD with what we needed.
