I’ve spent over 1000 dollars on geek squad protection. Last week, I was cancelling subscriptions and I accidentally cancelled a protection plan for my brand new TV that was a 1 time payment, I intended to cancel my monthly service for my watch that was approaching 2 years and I never needed it so it was time to cancel. In error (I get it, I’m an idiot)… I cancelled the protection plan on my tv I purchased 32 days prior. I immediately saw my error, I called geek squad and was told if they could not re-add the protection, I would at least get my money back but it would not be confirmed which option would be applied until Monday as this happened on a weekend. They called me on Tuesday and told me not only would I not get the protection re-added but I would also not get my money back. WHY IS THERE EVEN AN OPTION ON YOUR PORTAL TO CANCEL A SERVICE THAT REQUIRED A 1 TIME PURCHASE? That makes no sense. But none the less, it was my error so they basically don’t care to help me fix it.
They’ve had my name wrong for years, I’ve asked them to fix it and even still, it’s wrong but hey, I can’t make a mistake without them robbing me of the money I paid for it. So basically they get to keep my money and cancel the plan I paid in full for. Please make it make sense, why is there an option to cancel that. If I could just help anyone not make my mistake, geek squad needs to remove the cancellation option for 1 time payments on protection services. THERE SHOULDN’T EVEN BE THE OPTION TO CANCEL. SLIMEY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Didn't get any proper help in fixing printer I will try to go in best buy and talk to somebody over the counter because I have a membership with them for about 4 years extremely not happy I spent over 500 dollars on the purchase of the printer

Been trying to get my tv fixed for 2 months now. On repair came 2 weeks after the secdualed appointment. Replaced the motherboard and the TV has the same issue but its worse now.
After about 8 months and 3 different attempts at repair, I was finally issued a full refund.

Really disappointed with thier service. It's all front! When they offer you the service it's full of beautiful deals, when you make a claim nobody wants to talk to you and the promises are not there anymore - you even eded up paying more! this is a scam. I've been paying religiously every month for 2 years but ended up being disappointed!
