I have used their services several times both over the phone or at the store in Red Deer and the result has always been positive. However I might add that some of the repair guys at the store have a way of making a customer feel quite unwelcome.

If you need to use it, they charge you what your phone is worth just so they can ship you a temporary replacement, in my case that's $ 1572.00 , then you still have to pay 200$ for the repair of the screen. Once they've had your phone for as long as they'd like, then you can have your 1500$ back. Terrible service, never again will I buy this terrible plan.
