I purchased an anti-virus and when I went to cancel it they told me I signed a contract. When I asked for a copy of it (as I did no such thing), they refused to provide me one. I went into Best Buy and they cancelled the anti-virus for me and provided me a confirmation number to confirm this, and assured me I wouldn’t be charged. When I saw a charge on my credit card, I called Geek Squad and they told me they couldn’t give me my money back (which they took off my credit card AFTER they told me the charge was waived). They are absolutely terrible. Do not trust them with anything.
