- TPTop Pizza6 days ago5.0Shealyn was very friendly at the front desk, she and Carlos , the technician at the workbench, diagnosed the issue with son's gaming computer after some upgrades that went wrong. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. The issue was found and fixed in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. I would recommend taking your tech to Geek Squad in Lethbridge if you have any issues.

They lock you in for an entire year. Everytime I tried to use the online service it would freeze up and not work. When I went to the store to fix my printer they were trying not to help me, saying that this is something I should be doing at home. DON'T SIGN UP! WORST SERVICE EVER!

She gave these guys her password, and they claimed they tried several variations of her password in ‘an attempt’ to get logged in, they said her computer would have to be completely wiped to factory settings and was going to charge her $200 to do so. Worried about what she would lose, she left and called me. I came over to her house and within 2 minutes I was logged into her computer with the same password she had given them and had it up and running. I don’t know what the hell those guys were doing, but it sounds like they were trying to take advantage of my poor grandmother who clearly didn’t know much about her computer. Shame on you geek squad!
