We have spent countless hours on the phone and Best Buys service is terrible. Bounced from person to person cut off. Horrible never again.

- TATristin AbbottMay 29, 20211.0I've been to geek squad about three or four times on separate occasions to get my laptop or computer fixed, and every time I give it to them, they look at it for about half an hour and offer me the exact same thing everytime. Their $197 package that does a diagnosis for said computer. They clearly don't know what they are doing, as I took my business elsewhere and got it fixed for fraction of the cost, and they new what to do right away. I would not recommend geeksquad, as I said before, they are clearly incompetent.
