  I've had a couple of experiences here now. The first one was very bad but it wasn't the local Geek Squad team that was to blame - my laptop was shutting down when overheating and they sent it to Vancouver to be repaired - someone there destroyed it and sent it back and wouldn't even turn on anymore. The Manager did the right thing and took it back after 3 months and let me exchange it for another model - AND gave me the same discount as my original laptop purchase. Great! A year later, the replacement laptop display got damaged (still not sure how) and it wasn't covered under warranty - fair enough, there was a pit in the screen where it was damaged. I paid for a replacement display but when it was installed, I got it back and it was about half the brightness of the original display, which was a special, high refresh rate 500 nit display so I took it back, thinking they'll roll their eyes and wouldn't acknowledge it was far too dim. To my surprise, they took me very seriously and ordered another replacement - they tried 3 different screens and all were extra dim for some reason. They updated me with the status and said they had one other source to try and within a couple of days called me back and told me they had it fixed and it was ready. I was suspicious but went back and looked...it was at full brightness and good as new! I want to thank the staff at this location for pushing this forward even when it was difficult, the manager for replacing the original laptop when he didn't have to - and getting this fixed the right way! THANK YOU!

  Made my ship wreck into a ship yard in record time... have no words to say how greatful I am. Called on the squad years ago was stunned then even more stunned now... just wow thanks for making me too happy again.

  Honestly the biggest joke and waste of money out there I hope everyone reads the reviews before you buy this plan, you need to pay 280$ to cancel the plans they force and push on you in store but are un able to really help, the storage is the same as the free google drive storage, the protections takes a full day in store to set up, when you try to cancel after all the previously stated, you get charged penalty fees for canceling a literal joke of a plans, honest over all just a terrible experience dealing with these people, please consider before wasting your money, thanks
