- Aけいやん。Jan 27, 20261.0Poor customer service and unpleasant attitude from agent "Michael" I went this place for laptop cleaning since it got some dust and the reading speed of files was slow. I was told they would give me back in 3 days. 3 days later, nothing from the store so I called them for the update. Apparently my laptop was not in the store, and an agent told me he would check the status and call me back in a few hours, but he didn't. 3 more days later, I called them again for the update. Agent Michael picked up. He explained the situation and my laptop needed new parts, but couldn't give me estimated time for pickup. I directly went to the store, and as soon as he recognized my face, he sighed, gave me an upleasant attitude, and said "What do you want?". After discussion, I ended up buying a new laptop from Best Buy then transfer the data(I ended up returning it). I was told to come back after I got a new laptop. I quickly bought it and went back to see Michael. He had gone to take a break already so I left. No follow up after at all until I picked up my old laptop. No apology, no compensation from the store. Simply they don't really communicate with customers. Worst experience at best buy and geek squad. I'm not saying avoid this place but agent Michael and their customer service is very poor. Look for other agent and need patience.
