  Went here yesterday and bought myself a new laptop! The employee that helped me make my purchase decision was very informative and I find that very helpful for someone who doesn’t know much about the differences of computer specs

  Shame on you, Geek Squad. I just helped my father-in-law with a simple printing issue that took me 5 mins to figure out. You told him his files were corrupted, sold him a $3000 firewall, and told him to buy a new printer?! Criminal behaviour. How dare you prey on the elderly.

  They changed my insurance and never told me after I had paid for two years. The service people on the phone were very rude and the service manager basically called me a liar just to keep my money saying that's your problem and it's not our fault. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and NEVER take their Insurance.
