- ZZZJan 8, 20231.0Note: the original repair by a third parrty company - that Bestbuy refers to - did a wonderful job. Geeksquad/Bestbuy should look to them for inspiration perhaps. Geeksquad/Bestbuy: Terrible, inefficient "service", and they straight up lie to you. I paid for warranty and I demand to be treated with respect and my time valued however they make it next to impossible to resolve issues especially through email. Guess they don't want a paper trail documenting their incompetency. Hey Bestbuy how bout you refund the money I paid for the service that has yet to be completed AND the extended warranty I shelled out for?!? Maybe then I can find a reliable, trustworthy tech to complete my service.

- MMMikeOct 8, 20223.0I don't know how good their service is because they didn't offer the one I wanted but navigating through their phone system is next to impossible. Way too many options, none of which are the reaon you are calling, and I just kept going around in circles. I eventually gave up after a couple of tries and just drove down there to ask them a question on an install. I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter before someone noticed me. The two reps were busy in the back. No lineup though, which was nice. I guess no one wants their computers fixed, or they are very efficient at what they do.
