- INIchiban NoodlesJan 29, 20241.0DO NOT GET GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION FOR SMARTPHONE. I have a Z flip 4 with a visible dark line where the Z fold in half. I sent it in to Geek Squad, an they sent me a phone that is more defective then the one I sent back. The cover screen doesn't work at all. The Geek Squad customer service is next to impossible to get in touch with. When you do finally get a hold of someone after their horrible telephone prompts the service rep doesn't know what the heck is going on. If anyone at Geek Squad reads this, then please respond !
