One of the workers inspected it to ensure everything was fine and I was told everything is good to go just to find out one of them broke my $400 gpu and won’t replace it.

Even you declined they will keep on pushing you to get the warranty after they offer you a deal. It’s like you’re hypnotized. Better to buy online because you have an option to decline the protection plan.
