- PPPeace6 days ago1.0I had a membership for an Asus G14 zephyrus laptop since 2021. My laptop’s been overheating and I have a bit of experience with computers as I have a pc as well. I just had the membership as I didn’t wanna deal with gaming laptop problems. I told the guy my pc is overheating and it evidently dusty on the inside. I then added maybe reapply of thermal paste. He said no which is fine but he didn’t even address the overheating issues. He referred me to another shop that deals with phones. So why bother with the membership? The guy is clearly advertising other people’s business and I’m 100% sure that’s illegal. That’s besides the point. You’re telling me any of the 4 computer techs can’t open my 14 inch entry level gaming laptop for internal cleaning? Absurb. Ridiculous customer service.
