  Horrible experience. Last time I didn’t put a review when they wouldn’t honour a claim they said they would at the time of selling me the protection plan for my washer / dryer. This time, I found a small crack on the side of the tv screen after they installed the wall mount and hung it. Opened a claim a week ago and was told this would be addressed in 2 days max. Still waiting to hear back. Have to wait half hour + everytime I call them. I will be adding more details depending on how this goes. ————————— July 8 update - so it’s been a few weeks and every week when I follow up, I’m told there has been an escalation and I should get an update in 2-3 days. How many more 2-3 days does geek squad need? Why are you guys lying to customers? Why not just say it will take the number of days it will actually take? Will go out of my way to make sure I don’t purchase any services from you guys again, ever!

  worst plan ever, there techs can't fix stuff on the phone ,so you have to pay 75$ for them to come, still couldn't fix the problem and worst part is that you have to call on the expiration date of your contract to cancel otherwise they will automatically renew it. Avoid at all cost.

  My 5 stars gave to Kelvin who was helping me out to reboot my laptop. My laptop blacked out and I was helpless and hopeless until it first met with Kelvin. 😅 He immediately rebooted the laptop and attempted re logging in. Then the screen magically recovered. Thank you for your great help!
