- ACAlexis Clayborne2 days ago1.0I'm not sure what's going on. I understand this is a small town, and things are a little different...But I had a package that was supposed to be delivered two days ago, and the post lady decided not to deliver it, putting down that I made a request to go pick it up, which I did today.And that's fine, but today she was outside of my house for about 20-25 mins and I was expecting another delivery today. and she did the same exact thing and put down that at customers request that I would pick it up , And never delivered that package. And there was no notice left. I was even sitting outside of my home in my vehicle for awhile watching her deliver my neighbors packages across the street, she could have easily handed me my package. I'm of course upset I have to wait two more days for my packages and I have to go pick them up because she is not doing her job correctly and 2 days in row!!

- MNMad NomadJan 16, 20221.0I've met good employees when going into the actual post office here but the residential mail man on my route is either completely incompetent or going out of his way to be malicious under the guise of being incompetent. I really can't tell which. Either way after multiple complaints from multiple citizens on my block of getting the wrong mail AND issues with package delivery, apparently nothing is going to change. I have had zero issues with FedEx, UPS, and DHL so the problem is not me. Leaving a note in my mailbox saying a package could not be delivered due to the address not being clearly marked yet there it has been for a long time in big bold numbers, that you get from Ace Hardware, right there in his face, bigger than life, on my mailbox, is one example of many.
