If for whatever reason your package gets delivered here instead of the Jackson post office (more common that you may think) prepare yourself to wait weeks until the go through what they call “the undeliverable package pile”. My package was forwarded to this post office and I have been here 3 times asking for my package and every week the response is the same. “Come back next week once we’ve gone through all the undeliverable packages” it’s been 12 days since I first called them to make sure that the package was indeed there. Awful service and awful customer service experience.

Instead of adding postage and processing my packages ready that we’re on the counter, she started helping other people and made me wait. The person she bypassed me for had unfinished packages as well. So it took an additional 10-15 minutes. Just rude! I’ll never use this Wilson location.

Almost always the people on both side of the counter are friendly and helpful. If you sort out how to address things for on-line purchases they always get delivered properly.
