I expressed my interest in printing pictures on canvas and the agent quickly supplied me with an information flyer with pricing. I should mention that the store is very clean and well organized. Thank you!

I had a family friend drive all the way from Green River to pick it up, because I was out of town. They couldn't find the package. I checked the cameras at my house, and ups never came. I called customer service and explained the situation. They informed me the driver dropped my package off at the wrong address. Since I was out of town and the family friend already left, there was nothing I could do. Customer service said the driver was turning around and the package would be delivered to my house within 15 minutes. Shortly after I ended my call with customer service I got a call from the local ups store it was some extremely rude lady named Jennifer. Said she was not having her driver turn around and if I wanted my package I could go get it myself. Or wait tell tomorrow afternoon. Absolutely horrible response from someone who claims to be a manager. 3 days later still have not seen my package or ups.
