- KJKatie JohnsonDec 28, 20222.0Some of the employees inside are incredibly helpful and kind. A few are absolutely not. The mail carrier who delivers to our home is the absolute worst. We have the indicator for what we are expecting daily and most of the time we are missing something. Esp if it's a package. We have had to have mail held so we can pick up since they are so incompetent. Now we are stuck waiting for truck so he can retrieve our package from wrong box - because this is how Rock Springs USPS rolls. So inconvenient.
