- JSJohn SerwachDec 2, 20253.0Giving this place 5 stars for the young man who helped me and zero for the postmaster and his staff. I was passing through this town and needed to mail a package and get some directions. The postmaster or maybe supervisor here is one of the rudest, nastiest people I have ever met. Fortunately a carrier in the lot named Grant was kind and helpful. He should probably be running the place it would certainly be more efficient.
- DKDevery KalbachOct 25, 20251.0Time after time they leave a slip and I catch the courier and talk to him and he says he did not load the packages from the post office on main Street, so then I go there 10 miles into town, present the slip and they say they don't have it the courier has it, and when I tell them I have spoken to him they shrug their shoulders and say I'll have to come back the next day. After I say no it's in the building and to go get it and they refuse and they are rude This has happened so many times. I have to wait an extra 24 hours to get what I order because the postal service is lazy and will not do their jobs. They also try sending me to the annex which has never ever not a single time had any of my addresses packages. Literally the worst USPS to have to deal with.
- DBDaniel BergquistOct 2, 20221.0There is a problem with training at this location. I try to avoid interacting with this branch as a result and ship using FedEx. Front desk people are not informed about possible solutions for people’s problems and will try to tell you there is nothing that can be done. This leads to stress and frustration on both sides of the discussion. Over the years we have had issues with getting other people’s mail, or delivery notifications when that package hasn’t been delivered. Once we held our mail and got another person’s stack of held mail. This isn’t a matter of the front line people being bad, it’s a lack of good and consistent training. Do right by the employees and the customers and train better! Additionally you need to add a day to “overnight” or “2 day” shipping. Not sure what the issue is here as UPS and FedEx do not have the same problem.
