- JEJason EastmanMay 31, 20201.0My mail carrier refuses to deliver to my apartment complex because there is a door you have to open to get access to everyone's mail drops. Yes, everyone's mail slots are located conveniently in a line next to each other right after a single Normal door, and this carrier refuses to deliver it. We were pretty much told that we have to pay for a PO BOX on main street (an unnecessary expense) because of a single, normally operated door. One of the tenants is disabled and without transportation, so this is not possible. The USPS as a whole is garbage, and so is their delivery service. If the USPS existed in the private sector they would have died twenty years ago.
