A general delivery package was delayed and I almost missed being able to pick it up. After discussing my dilemma the worker went out of her way to help out and provide options which led to me being able to pick up the package before leaving town. Many thanks!

After hundreds of miles of shipping they don't even bother calling the ranch or anything. Is it really that hard? They just say it's "undeliverable," but that's the freaking address. I get that they have reasons why they can't go certain places, but that doesn't mean they have to cost me money. If they don't know where it is, they can google it, if they do, there's no reason they can't drive five miles. So screw this post office. 😡
