I had missed out on multiple very important documents because of other people's mail that doesn't live at the address. Thought we got it fixed after fighting multiple times to get just 2 peoples mail. There's even our names on a paper taped to the mail box and yet we are still getting other people's mail. I have never been so frustrated with the postal service in any state.
