- TVTaylor ValenzuelaFeb 10, 20261.0I had a package containing my prescription eyeglasses marked “insufficient address” and returned to the sender while I am temporarily in Jackson for work and staying at a hotel. (USPS DOESNT DELIVER ANYWHERE IN TOWN) I went to the post office in person to ask if the package could be tracked or picked up locally. Should have said insufficient address when the shipping label was created, not once it was almost delivered... I spoke with the General Manager, who said she would track the package and call me. I offered to wait, but she declined "I'm too busy". I never received a call or any follow-up. this was Friday and now it Tuesday. Once I got back to my vehicle to leave, I observed the General Manager outside smoking with another employee while the front counter inside was backed up with customers. So "busy" with her own stuff. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and ineffective leadership. I would not recommend this location.
