I never get my medical requirements from insurance and they told me they sent to my mailbox. And I line up and pick my stuff. The old man gave stuff to wrong person. And he said I can't find your package. And she came back and not my name and give it to him. And he gave to me without say I am sorry. Thanks that lady who return my packages. And I gave my PO box number and I waiting outside for my stuff. He told me not break the line. I told I already in line and waiting a lot of time to my packages. And he not respond and don't care. What a shame!!!

(USPS DOESNT DELIVER ANYWHERE IN TOWN) I went to the post office in person to ask if the package could be tracked or picked up locally. Should have said insufficient address when the shipping label was created, not once it was almost delivered... I spoke with the General Manager, who said she would track the package and call me. I offered to wait, but she declined "I'm too busy". I never received a call or any follow-up. this was Friday and now it Tuesday. Once I got back to my vehicle to leave, I observed the General Manager outside smoking with another employee while the front counter inside was backed up with customers. So "busy" with her own stuff. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and ineffective leadership. I would not recommend this location.
