- WKWest KellyNov 3, 20251.0Hard to imagine a more poorly managed Post Office in the US. Packages and letters are regularly returned to sender. Staff will immediately blame you for an incorrect address. When you show them that the address was in the exact format they ask for, they get hostile and dismissive. Zero help, no apology, no empathy. If I treated customers this way in my job, I would be unemployed.
