- TGTess GDec 8, 20251.0One of the worst post offices I have ever had to deal with. I have lived here for almost 20 years, and I am one of the unfortunate residents that does not receive delivered mail instead I have to deal with a PO box. This post office often will not deliver your mail in a timely fashion, and then will send back packages without even delivering slips to you that the package has been received. I have had over 100 packages over the years returned because of their lack of customer service and subpar performance. Also, even though they have over 200 lock boxes within their facility, they are almost never utilized. They also often close for several hours during their posted business hours for various reasons and often are unable to process special requests such as passports. A definite miss and shame to the US postal system.

The staff is really nice but the delivery people are horrible at their jobs. almost weekly I get a phone call from someone asking what my address is because they have tried to send a bill or something just for it to have been returned to them. Other times I have opened my mailbox to see I have mail for someone else on a completely different street than me. I understand mistakes happen but this happens way to often to be a mistake.
