I hate to give the post office a bad review, but there's one person that's currently working in there that has horrible customer service.
I've dropped off mail in there for the last five years, but she said she didn't think she could accept the quantity of mail I was dropping off. Then, she takes the container of mail I handed her, and said, "can I go through it?" I wanted to say no, because all I was doing was dropping it off. She proceeded to go through it, and pull out the larger envelopes that had the tabs on them. She said she couldn't accept them that way, and I needed to take the tabs off. She went to hand the envelopes (20) back to me with a tool to pull them off. I didn't have time to stand there and pull them all off. I did take them to the Forest Street Post Office, and they said there wasn't a problem with them.
I told her today I wouldn't be coming back in there, and she said, "that's sad." She also said, "you seemed angry when you left last time." I just wanted to drop off some mail, so I don't understand how difficult that could be.
I've had several poor experiences with this particular clerk, but I hope she's not like this to the other customers.

If I could give no stars I would without hesitation. The staff at this post office are rude, condescending, impatient and not eager to help in the least. I now go to Casper so I do not have to deal with the wretched attitude.

Wish i could give less stars. My postal carrier apparently decided humiliating and nearly assaulting me just now was her only appropriate response to my mail being placed in the wrong box....by the postal service?! Wow, have rarely experienced va less deserved outburst from a more hideously unpleasant human. Be careful if errors you have no control over accidentally get made- you'll pay! I'm sorry anyone has to work on Saturday but I'm not sure I could get away with abusing a customer like this.
