Shout out to... I think it was either a Richard or Robert today. He was able to track down my missing package that had been mis-labeled from the sender with the wrong street name. Wonderful customer service.

I went to this post office today and had a terrible experience. I was waiting in line for about 40–50 minutes just to pick up a package. During that time, there was only one young gentleman working the counter. He seemed new and was moving very slowly, which I can understand, but it still made the wait drag on. What really upset me was the postmaster. She kept walking back and forth without helping anyone. At one point, she finally came up to an empty counter and said she could help if someone just needed a package brought out from the back. An older gentleman in front of me, who had already been waiting longer than I had (about 50 minutes), told her he just needed to buy two stamps. She told him no—that he would still have to wait for the younger clerk to check him out. That made no sense. It was completely disrespectful to make him stand there even longer just for two stamps. Eventually, when it was finally his turn, the young clerk sold him his stamps in seconds. The whole situation was ridiculous and unnecessary. Meanwhile, other people in line were complaining about being late for appointments because of how slow the service was. I also saw another customer trying to mail a package, and even though he showed proof on his phone that the address was valid, both the clerk and postmaster kept insisting the place “didn’t exist.” Overall, the wait time here is unacceptable, the staff is not managed well, and the postmaster does not seem willing to step in and actually help customers. If all you need are stamps, I’d recommend going to Walmart, Smith’s, or anywhere else—you’ll be in and out in minutes instead of wasting nearly an hour here. They need more employees at the counter, and the postmaster needs to either start doing her job properly or be replaced. Based on this visit, I would give this post office a very poor rating and cannot recommend going here.

I don't understand how the mail person that delivers letters can find me but the genius that delivers the packages can't see the 4 inch numbers directly over my mailbox. Getting sick of asking neighbors if they got packages every 4th "delivery". Please, can't the post office just go under already? I'm sure a private company could do much better!

They lost a very important envelope I was expecting and claimed they couldn't do anything to help me.

Missing packages and horrible customer service. I've never had this many problems with a post office anywhere.
