I've never heard of a mail carrier refusing to deliver because of dogs being in the house, but here we are! Rude- too bad attitude, and have never even bothered to call me back. Obviously by the majority of ratings they don't care, or plan on improving.

WOW! Post Offices do NOT get good reviews! I just wanted to take a moment here to celebrate my own Mail Carrier, Zina --- the first Federal Employee I've EVER praised --- who has served me (and this community) faithfully for almost twenty years (maybe longer). She seems to have best embodied the creed traditionally associated with her profession: "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" and has delivered not only my mail, but literally hundreds (perhaps thousands) of packages (some of them quite heavy) to my very doorstep. Zina has even taken my outgoing mail from my hand as I've been able to catch her (no waste of tax money there). Living here in Douglas, I've experienced FAR more problems with private delivery companies, who shall (for the purposes of this review) remain nameless, than I have with my own local Post Office. And Zina herself is one of those unsung American heroes whose daily dependability and tacit trustworthiness is often overlooked, because --- like the sky above us, or the ground below --- we tend to take most for granted those things in life which are most heavily relied upon. With much admiration for your steadfast and indispensable services, your friend, Daniel Friedman.

Girl with the nametag "Kris" gave my friends change of address to her ex boyfriend. She did not want him to have her change of address and it was a breach of privacy. Don't deal with her. The privacy policy means nothing to her. She should be fired and charged.
