- LDLani DanielsFeb 19, 20265.0I was very pleased with the sweet lady I think her name was Shiloh that so patiently helped me make sure I had all the right info for my package to New Zealand! I just got off the phone with my sister and niece that said their package arrived and everything inside the box made it safely and in great condition! The box was torn in one of the corners, but it was re-taped by a good samaritan. 💯 satisfied customer here!! Cheapest, fastest, overall reliable & trustworthy service! Thank you so much Cody USPS and your amazing customer service!!
- EKEileen KellyDec 26, 20251.0I mailed packages priority mail. 3.5 weeks later they are not delivered. Asked for a refund was told priority mail is NOT GUARANTEED. Who knows how long they sat in Cody. Next time I will pay more and ship ups or fed ex. Cody POST OFFICE is horrible. All that money for nothing. Weather is not an issue. Its been 70 degrees where it is going. The usps thinks they are the only way to mail. Not true we have choices and yes and I will be utilizing those in the future.

- ZJZachary JohnstonDec 2, 20251.0The USPS in Cody has hired incompetent delivery drivers. I had a package that was delivered to my mailbox and there was nothing in it. When to the USPS building and they told me that they must've delivered to the wrong mailbox. They need drivers who can deliver mail to the correct mailbox. I literally felt like I was about to cry because they have screwed me on many occasions.
