I have never seen more than one and the customer line is usually wrapped around and throughout the facility. Absolutely insane ideology thinking this is acceptable. Whatever manager continues to allow this, needs to be replaced with someone who will schedule more employees or advocate for more help.

I spoke with the USPS 800 phone number but they make you wait 24 hours to complete a service request. Went to the local post office gave limited information about follow up expectations, simply that they would have their route driver "locate the parcel". I expected better standard of setting expectations such as "We will contact the route driver and get them to re-deliver tonight or tomorrow." I would give zero stars if possible. UPDATE 03/07/2026 HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO OPEN THE BOX WITH A BROKEN KEY?!?!?!?! It feels intentional at this point and I want a refund of the delivery charge for this. I will be calling the 1-800 number and filing an additional complaint. Cindy Foxx you seriously need to get a better handle on operations!
