- DSDeb SFeb 26, 20265.0After a terrible experience at FedEx today by the store manager on Dell Range, I left and went to UPS. I had not been to UPS for over a year or so to ship something because of a not so good experience then but I found out today it is under new ownership. What an incredibly kind and happy group of people! They were so helpful, explained the pricing and what they were doing every step of the way. If I need to ship anything in the future, I will head to UPS and avoid FedEx as much as possible humanly possible. As a small business owner it is wonderful to be treated with respect. Thank you to Dave for being so incredible to me especially after such an unprofessional experience at FedEx.
