- LRLINDA RICHARTFeb 17, 20261.0Worst service (using that term very lightly) ordered from Amazon, of course says to be delivered on Sun. by the USPS, we'll we all know they dont work on Sundays or holidays, so now I get a notification that my packages have been delivered. So my husband goes out in the bad weather to get our packages that say have been delivered, but noting but an empty mailbox. The service from this postoffice is absolutely horrible. Why would to tell me that my packages have been delivered when they havent....or, let me guess, you delivered to the wrong box? So sick of this post office never doing a damn thing right. And dont even get me started with trying to call them....imagine a private business never having a way to speak to an actual person! They would be out of business....C'mon Cheyenne Post office....you must to do better
