I ordered a gift for a friend for Christmas, the items states it was delivered on Dec 22nd, package never arrived, after two weeks of many phones calls to the post office, they stated the item was damaged and never delivered. In order for me to get a new item sent out from the place I ordered from I need photos from the post office proving it was damaged, being that it says it was “delivered” by the post office. I have made MANY MANY calls to the post office directly with no answer, I’m limited on my time to get this handled appropriately and this place is making it extremely difficult to do so. If I lose out on money because people can’t answer their phones and communicate properly, I’m gonna be irate

I’ve gone twice to pick up my “delivered” package and was told twice that “the mail clerk hasn’t put them where they need to be so come back tomorrow”. It’s ridiculous and the place is a joke. Fire everyone and start over.
