The staff inside the post office are wonderful, but this is the hub by which Mail is distributed out to our address in a rural area off of horse Creek Road. Numerous complaints have been filed and nothing seems to improve with the contractors. It’s basically impossible to get a package delivered. Constant slips are placed in the box and rather than delivering to the house which is less than a quarter of a mile from the boxes we just get repeated slips then when we come in to retrieve the items 60 mile round-trip mind you were told that the packages are not at the facility. Numerous packages have been delivered to other people in the neighborhood and either stolen or attempts to sell items that don’t belong to them online. Who is in charge?

Horrible service. No human assistance available. They leave, disable phones and lock up before the schedule 530 office hours on a Monday... real professional.

No respect for people's property, at all! This is how I received my mail.

I am missing packages and mail! I shouldn't have to go to my neighbors looking for my mail!! It's been a continuous problem.

Absolutely abhorrent service. There is a complete mismanagement of resources by the management. To be clear, for what service I have received at the front desk has been as good as can be. HOWEVER, I had a package out for delivery that was sent back to the sender due to an "incomplete address". I was assured by the sender it was correct (and it was). I called the branch phones TWICE to no acceptance, until I got a pickup on an "emergency phone" where I was notified I could be dropped at any second. I was told I needed to pick up that package at the office THAT DAY, or else I could risk my package being sent back to the sender (and who knows what happens from there). I don't appreciate being held on an ultimatum, especially on such short notice. I show up to the office to see EGREGIOUS lines that took 45 minutes for me to get through. There were only 2 employees working the desks when I KNOW at least one supervisor was bouncing around. If you have lines wrapping around to the PO boxes, it's time for Supervisors to start assisting. I did finally get my package, and it was correctly labeled. Due to the poor mismanagement of packages and personnel, the delivery of an ultimatum with extreme short notice, and a lack of attentiveness for the branch phones, I would STRONGLY discourage any use of this post office beyond what is absolutely necessary.
