Absolute waste of time. The owner of this location (the only UPS in Cheyenne) does NOT participate with nor contract among ANY large e-commerce companies such as Zappos, Amazon, Walmart, etc. This store is unavailable to those who wish to participate in e-commerce transactions. Save yourself time and consideration ANY OTHER options for shipping.

Nothing against the employees of this certain UPS, but you guys are out of your minds if you think people should PAY YOU to HOLD their packages. I called today because I have a package being dropped off that unfortunately got a time rescheduling so I wouldn't be home to get it. I don't want it left out due to it being a gift for a family member and our neighborhood having thefts. When I called they said I could pay $8 for them to hold it. Why. Im paying YOU to NOT DELIVER something???

Unfortunately, my experience with UPS has been very disappointing. When I visited the store, the employee at the front counter was polite, but he wasn’t able to actually help resolve my issue. I had already paid $17 to have my package re-delivered to the correct address, received confirmation, and even saw the payment processed, yet the package still never arrived. This has been an ongoing issue for days. Still haven’t received my package to this day!!!
Customer service over the phone was even worse. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful, dismissive, and insisted I needed to pay again, despite the fact that I had already paid. She provided no real assistance and made the situation feel even more frustrating especially when my boyfriend ended up just saying “ fine I’ll pay to pick it up in person even tho I already spent 17$ for it to be delivered to a an easier address for them to access “ she then proceeded to get all sorts of happy and kind when he mentioned spending MORE money. Take that as you will….
The store employees also told me they have no way to communicate with the delivery drivers, which felt extremely unprofessional. I’ve now spent over $25 trying to get a package that should have been here three days ago, and UPS has not been willing to work with me or acknowledge the repeated mistakes in their system or even try to issue a refund for what I’ve already had to spend that they disregarded!!!
When I returned to the store, the atmosphere wasn’t much better. Several employees were giving attitude and seemed uninterested in helping. I was lucky to get a grunt out of some of them or even an eye roll. The one person who was kind ultimately couldn’t do anything except tell me they couldn’t help and suggest I pay again to have the package shipped to the store instead something that made no sense given that I had already paid.
The only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars is because the man at the front counter did treat me respectfully and like a human, unlike the phone representative and some of the other staff in the store. Otherwise, the professionalism and customer service overall were extremely disappointing.

Well, usually I don't have a good experience with this store. So, I went in expecting to have problems. Amazon sent a QR code and no shipping lable for my return. Eventhough, Amazon will not allow UPS to use the code.
I have always gotten a choice of one or the other. I don't have a printer at home, so it's kind of a hassle. UPS is trying to make it easier on their customers. When a gentleman tried to help me, I received the usual reply at first, and I was a jerk. I left, and then I returned and apologized. The employees were understanding and nice, and I was able to get my lable printed out at the UPS store. I did, however, call Amazon customer service first in order to get a lable sent to my email to print. Thank you, UPS! Happy Holidays!
