He’s had his young kids in there “helping” before. When you try to talk to the kids, he’s still just as rude. What’s the deal? I went in there for a simple Amazon return and instead of helping me figure out how to do the stupid instructions that you have to do, he just kept pointing to the paper. It was ridiculous! They really need some better help or additional training on customer service. I moved here from out of state and the service isn’t even comparable. The other UPS stores have such an organized system. They greet you immediately (I’m not asking for much, I know it’s a very consuming job) and will at least say “I’ll be with you in a moment”. This guy will literally just look at you and turn around and walk off. It makes me so frustrated anytime I have to step foot in this place having to immediately get his attitude problem. Please fix it

The owner of this location (the only UPS in Cheyenne) does NOT participate with nor contract among ANY large e-commerce companies such as Zappos, Amazon, Walmart, etc. This store is unavailable to those who wish to participate in e-commerce transactions. Save yourself time and consideration ANY OTHER options for shipping.

I called today because I have a package being dropped off that unfortunately got a time rescheduling so I wouldn't be home to get it. I don't want it left out due to it being a gift for a family member and our neighborhood having thefts. When I called they said I could pay $8 for them to hold it. Why. Im paying YOU to NOT DELIVER something???
